By creating an account or using NXT HOA, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

Eligibility and accounts

The portal is intended for residents, household members, and authorized community staff. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Community administration may approve, suspend, or reject accounts based on verification and community rules.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the portal only for legitimate community and HOA purposes. Do not attempt to access other communities' data, interfere with platform security, or submit false or abusive content.

Service availability

NXT HOA is provided on an as-available basis. Scheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect access. Critical life-safety matters should follow your community's emergency procedures.

Changes

We may update these terms or the privacy notice. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or community channels where appropriate.
